Data Deletion Instructions

Follow the steps below to revoke Meta access and delete data stored by Supertrack (Pasify Brands LLP).
Step 1 — Remove Supertrack from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites (or Business integrations).
- Find Supertrack and choose Remove.
- Confirm removal.
Removing the app revokes Meta access tokens so we can no longer pull new data. This does not automatically delete copies of cached ad creatives, metrics, or Page data already stored in our Supabase database (ap-south-1 (Mumbai)). Complete Step 2 or 3 for server-side deletion.
Step 2 — Delete data inside Supertrack (recommended)
Sign in at https://app.trysupertrack.com → Settings → Account → Delete my data.

Step 3 — Email fallback
Email privacy@trysupertrack.com from your account email with subject "Data deletion request". We respond within 30 days.

No login required. You will receive a confirmation ID and a status page (Meta app review requirement).
What we delete
- Meta OAuth tokens and connection records
- User profile and account email (Supabase Auth)
- Workspace membership and settings
- Synced ad insights, campaigns, and structure data
- Stored ad images and videos in Supabase Storage buckets
- Linked Facebook Page metadata
What we may retain
- Billing and tax records (up to 8 years where required by Indian law)
- Security and audit logs (up to 90 days) to investigate abuse or comply with legal requests
- Anonymized aggregates that cannot identify you
Maximum timeline to complete verified deletion requests: 30 days.
