Terms of Service

Supertrack is an ad analytics dashboard operated by Pasify Brands LLP. The service connects to your Meta Business Portfolio via Facebook Login, pulls advertising and Page-related data through the Meta Marketing API, and presents reports, creative analytics, and sync status in a web application hosted at https://app.trysupertrack.com.

The marketing website at https://trysupertrack.com describes the product; use of the application is governed by these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have authority to connect and manage the Meta Business Portfolio and ad accounts you link.
• You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Meta Developer Policies

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.

Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance via Dodo Payments per the pricing shown at checkout. We do not use Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically delete stored Meta data — use Data Deletion instructions for erasure.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Meta data outside the permitted use of Supertrack.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or harm Meta users or violate applicable law.
• Do not attempt to circumvent Meta or Supertrack security controls.
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation with Meta or Supertrack.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of ad accounts, Pages, and creatives you connect. You must ensure connected assets belong to you or your client with proper authorization.

Meta may change API fields, rate limits, or availability; we are not liable for upstream changes or outages.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or legal requirement.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Cached Meta data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule unless you request earlier deletion.

Data Deletion Instructions

Pasify Brands LLP owns the Supertrack software, branding, and dashboard UI. You retain ownership of your advertising creatives and business data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your Meta data solely to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH META. REPORTS AND METRICS DEPEND ON META API ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pasify Brands LLP's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify Pasify Brands LLP against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your connected Meta assets, or your violation of these Terms or Meta policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.

Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat in Mumbai and one arbitrator mutually appointed or appointed per the Act.
